Shanghai seems to have more than its fair share of tattoo parlors. There’s about four within a block of our office. We’re up to our un-tattooed knees in tattoo parlors. Tattoos and prisons go together of course and the TV series “Prison Break” was hugely popular in China. What better way to reminisce than getting a tattoo?
